Membership fees and cancellations

Membership fees are typically collected through a direct debit. You’ll be sent your invoice, and then the membership fee will be taken out of your account.

• Members can fire up to 30l for free. We divide the total amount of bisque litres by two and then add the total amount of glaze litres. Additional firing costs 2,- per litre. If have questions about your bisque & glaze invoice, please contact us.

• If you have a Monthly Membership, please take into account the cancellation term of one month. For example: to cancel your membership per the first of January, reach out before the end of November.
